The next HypnoBirthing® class series at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland starts Tuesday, November 9th at 6:30. There are still a few openings available. Please pass this along to anyone you know in the Seattle area who is pregnant and wanting to bring their baby into the world in as calm peaceful, safe and serene manner as possible.

It's almost time to "Fall Back" again. Sunday, November 7th at 2 am is the official turn back time.
The American Red Cross also reminds everyone that it's a good time to also change the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in your home.
