I hope this finds you enjoying the Spirit of the Season, whatever and however that may be for you.
I have lots of exciting news and upcoming events to share with
you.
As I know this can be a busy time of the year, please

Results of "Holiday Makeover" teleclass:
Speaking of the "Spirit of the Season", I want to tell you about the
wonderful and powerful "Holiday Makeover" teleclass I offered on
December 7th.
All the participants expressed how they received
way more than they expected!
I led them through a process that uncovered their negative
beliefs about the holidays and/or beliefs they held that were hindering
them from fully enjoying the season.
Using their "Wise Mind",
they learned what beliefs could either be let go
or "reframed" to allow for more joy and freedom during this time of
year. There were some very powerful discoveries that caused
the group to release the negativity and to create new ways of being and
feeling about their holidays.
We also
worked on strategies for staying present and feeling in control around
food, holiday parties, and commitments!
Naturally, the synergy of the
group and everyone's experience benefitted me as well! I
was inspired to make some changes that brought much more ease to my own
holidays in the arena of giving! I was also inspired to host an "impromtu"
neighborhood Holiday Open House, which connected neightbors in a whole
new way.
This teleclass empowered the participants and me and showed us how much can be shifted in such a short time!
